If you live and Orange County, CA, or are just planning to visit for the Independence Day Holiday long weekend, and you’re single, you don’t have to stuff the weekend with “meeting other singles” activities when your goal is finding a husband or attracting a long term relationship into your life.
However, you do have a quite a number of events options to leverage with the 4th of July Weekend looming before us shortly to just sort of comfortably weave into the fabric of your life, all in a very low-key manner, pressure-free.
Attending targeted “Singles Events” can be great, because indeed they are focused. The very event is absolutely going to be 100% attended by other singles. So it is a very efficient and excellent investment of your time.
However, by attending other mixed attendees social and civic events, you remove the social pressure of having to be “ON” all the time that you are at the event. Additionally, you get to be a bit more covert in your approaching women or flirting with guys. Your flirt and approach can just be flirting practice. No pressure whatsoever.
Well, what is a fun place and event to get out and about and be seen and to see others and simply enjoy the fun of flirting out in broad daylight?
A 4th of July Parade!
On Monday, July 4th from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, Huntington Beach, CA, is hosting its 107th annual Independence Day Parade. The parade will march down the streets of the downtown area of Huntington Beach (Main Street and PCH). It’s reputed to be the largest 4th of July parade west of the Mississippi River.
The parade itself starts at 10:00 am at PCH and 9th, turning to continue down Main Street Surf City, and it ends just past Yorktown Ave.
If you are visiting from elsewhere, you might not be familiar with the area. There is public parking across the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) by the beach. Additionally there are parking structures off of Main Street. You will definitely want to get there early and allow at least 30 minutes to locate reasonable and manageable parking and then mill your way over to the parade area.
There is a Festival all weekend long downtown, and Fun Run which starts at 7:00 am the same day. Yes, come early to park and get to see the parade with minimum hassle.
