Just when it can be feeling like all of the social options and love focus of Valetine’s Day is all about The Couples, and you’re feeling a bit left seeing that you’re relationship status right now is “Single” the O.C. Singles for Christ folks in SoCal’s Orange County is delivering some options to encourage you.
With all of the television and internet ads right now focused on pitching purchasing Valentines Day cards, jewelry, chocolates (did someone mentions See’s Chocolates?), or some other special romantic gift to celebrate the annual holiday that celebrates lovers, couples, and all things romantic love, if you’re single right, you might be feeling a bit left out.
Well, come on over to Newport Beach in The OC and dance the night away celebrating romantic love a fun soiree filled with many other singles just like you.
I know some single folks can feel a bit awkward attending a dance which is specifically cited as being a “Singles” dance. It almost puts a bit of social pressure on you. Perhaps you dread that it will be like the Disco Dancing Meat Market Days of the Singles Scene of the 1970s. Will it resemble creepy guys or clasping women “desperate” for a date? Of course, yes, those in attendance are single and are seeking God’s Intended for them. However, they are all doing that without that hungry “it must happen now” sort of gleam in their eyes. They are attending the dance and taking positive actions steps to seek out the Lord’s choice for them and are comfortable in resting in His Promises that finding The Right One for them will happen in His good time.

Valentine’s Day Dance Details:
Where: The Tee Room Clubhouse, Newport Beach Golf Course, 3100 Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach, CA 92660, located between the 55 and 73 freeways behind the John Wayne Santa Ana airport.
What: DJ, Selected Music, Full Dinner and beverages, Fun & Fellowship. Please note, this is likely to be soft drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, not a no-host bar.
When to We Need to Be There? Doors will open at 6:45pm
Dinner will be served from 7:00pm-8:30pm
Dance Floor Time: 8:00pm-12:30am.
Dress Attire: Semi-Formal, which can be anything from Jacket and Tie to an Evening Jacket. Ladies will likely be donning Cocktail Dresses of an alluring nature, but leaving the deepest cut necklines and most hitched up to there skirts out of the picture. Do be sure to wear shoes you can happily dance the night away in, and get out on the Dance Floor!
