Did you know that Facebook is now the number 2 website in the world and may very well become number 1 quite soon?
Facebook Faux Pas
The early days of Facebook allowed so much open behavior that if you came on board 5 or 6 years ago like when I did, your Facebook etiquette for social networking sites might now be out of date and you might be inadvertently sticking your foot in your mouth in both your profile as well as at the profiles and pages of Facebook friends. That can be a Facebook Faux Pas!
Be careful! Or you run the risk of ticking people off, having them unfriend you, block you, report you to Facebook for spam behavior, where you then jeopardize being shut down!
Do tread cautiously with how many people you invite to be your Facebook Friend each day or Facebook might put you on a kind of probation. Some gurus have recommended having your assistant invite at 20 people a day. But will they accept your invitation? No longer is that a given like it was a just only a few years ago! Feel free to invite me to be your Facebook Friend and I will accept!

My Facebook Security Top Tip:
Do you make the brazen error of jeopardizing yourself by displaying your complete birthday right there under your profile photo avatar in the upper left hand corner at Facebook?
Do you know how many breaches of internet security occur all the time at Social Networking sites?
Do you know how easy it is to hack into people’s accounts at Facebook?
My top tip for security and protecting yourself online at Facebook is to keep the YEAR of your date of birth invisible and not viewable online.
I know, I know. We all like receiving all those happy birthday messages on our wall on our birthday. It feels great. It’s like a high school popularity contest without all the social peer pressure and we are all actually winning it. Yes, it’s fun.
You can still receive them. However, do just keep a little allure and mystery about yourself and keep the YEAR not viewable, OK?
Happy Dating and Relationships,

Those are some great tips for Facebook–especially protecting yourself by changing how your birthday appears. I see identify theft issues all the time in the mortgage industry and tips like yours can save people a lot of headaches.
