After yesterday’s blog post about identifying and learning more about your T.I.P., then let me ask you, where does your T.I.P. typically keep their habitat? The cougar and jaguar can be found in certain watering holes. What about your T.I.P.? Do they frequent the blue collar early morning breakfast venues like Denny’s and I.H.O.P. nationally? Or are they more prone to the regional fun favorites of those?
Norm’s in Orange County, Southern California.
Nini’s in Silicon Valley.
Once you have dated quite a lot and have a better definition of you T.I.P. start to identify their lair. Where do they eat? Where do they get their hair styled? What restaurants do they frequent? And what coffee shops win their business?
The same principles hold for sales people and business owners who are directly selling business product and services. Once you have you T.I.P. and your TIP’s lair and habitate identified, then you can start to dress, smell, eat, and groom like the Birds of a Feather premise so you resemble them even if you do not look identical.
By doing so you establish and then nourish your KLT variable. That is K = Know, L = Like, and Trust = Trust. Once you have truly established and nurtured you KLT factor, you need to go right back out there and keep attracting other Target Ideal Prosepects until your list of dates is both short and superb. Otherwise, you want to improve your discernment skill as well as your relationship skill sets serminars.
Happy Dating and Relationships,

April 29, 2010 at 9:44 PMI love Norm’s! We end up there everytime I go “home” to visit my family. Maybe I should make more visits… might find my TIP there!
Although I haven’t quite figured out my TIP yet, I have put quite a bit of thought into “watering holes” where I might meet people who are similar to me. I need to keep looking, as I haven’t really found it yet.

April 30, 2010 at 7:34 AMApril the more you associate and see where people hang out for me it is eaiser to see if I would be comfortable arround them. You are right it also is the same for doing business. If I do not feel comfortable I dont want to be around them or working for me.

April 30, 2010 at 10:36 AMI like this. So true that “birds of a feather flock together.” I like the idea about thinking where the type of person you’re looking for gets their hair styled, has coffee, goes for a drink etc. It seems that it would be common sense but I never would have thought of it!

April 30, 2010 at 7:17 PMPeople are truly on a hunt and I like how you break it down for them, making it a simple plan they can follow step by step and relate to. You can know everything and it means nothing if you can’t relay the information. You are able to make it make sense and effective for someone to find prospects…
