Control Your Facebook Security
Control Your Facebook Security

Do change your password periodically.  Knock wood it hasn’t happened to me.  But I have heard a number of others whose accounts got hacked into and sent out embarrassing email messages to all of their Facebook friends before they learned of it and caught it.  How can you avoid this embarrassment or even still worse?

By changing your Facebook account password on a regular basis!

What Does Work Now as a Facebook Feat?

You used to be able to use a prefab message like “Hi, thanks for adding me!” with your website domain name hyperlink and post that up at everyone who Facebook Friends your profile.

Times sure have changed!

You might still be able to get away with that and some of the less social networking sites savvy internet marketers might still be charging you money for their recommending that tactic and your hiring a VA Virtual Assistant to do those tasks for you.

However, most Facebook users are more sophisticated now than that. This is the Relationship Era.  They want and crave for you to say a little something specific and unique to them first.

You will recognize this same theme in how singles desire to be approach online at Facebook as well.  What people want in both business partnerships and romantic relationships are often the same.  Relationship.  Caring.  Quality.

Otherwise they can view that as spamming their wall.  You run the risk of paying someone like your VA to make such posts.  Only to jeopardize their being deleted as spam by the wall owner.  What a waste of time and money.

What to Do Now Instead?

Most Facebook joiners and members crave connection and relationship at some level.  So what is best for you to do?  Write a little something genuine and personal in your Facebook wall post.

Then add your website domain name hyperlink.

Most Facebook members will then allow that to remain on their personal wall.

Engage Individuals:

If you do not engage them on a personal relationship level, they may choose to delete any posts which are spamming or worse still, eventually Unfriend You.
