I didn't get the file to run first time, I had to download it to play it, but that seems like it was just me. I've found the Audio Player here (http://wpaudioplayer.com/) that Rob used to be a better way of doing it. The instructions are reasonably straightforward if you've got the hang of all that file uploading stuff Craig showed us at the start. Then it's very easy to add new audios once you've got the player installed (like any plug in); you create a directory called audio (off the root directory of your blog) yours would be .../blog/audio and upload anything you want to say to there. Then you simply type in the HTML command [audio:yourfilename.mp3] where you want it to appear. The only thing it won't do is put audio into places other than blog posts (e.g. headers).
