Desire your perfect date/mate/soul mate? 


Looked in a mirror lately?  What are you doing to be the kind of person your desired will find desirable?


Face some facts from the biology department.  Nature put a pattern in the human brain on what to sort for.  Good genes.  You are a product of the 'selfish gene'.  The puzzle pieces fit together and here you are!


Tricks for the 'monkey' brain.  Clean up.  Bad smells are a real turn off.  Kevin Hogan, world famous expert on communication had a few tips.  Scent free as best you can.  Use antiperspirant (scentless).  Do your nails.  Brush your teeth, get a tongue scrapper.  Quit smoking and cut down on the recreational chemicals.


Improve your hip to waist ratio. The best is .7.  Maybe yoga and weight training. Get limber and toned.  Increases your endurance as well. (If your gonna have fun best make it last!)


Self Mastery is the most attractive thing you can practice.  Why pay the money for surgery when you can do it for free?  Eat less, work out more.  Focus beyond the goal of getting a date.  Your focus is on the end goal of being happy with yourself and other people will be happy around you.  Learn to run your brain.
